Tuesday: 10-6 (Cold Spring office)
Wednesday: 10-5
Thursday: 12-8

Fees:

Adult initial visit: $110
Adult subsequent visit: $85
Child initial visit (under age 10): $90
Child subsequent visit: $50
Adult initial visit, herbal consult only: $95 (includes 2 phone consults)
Adult subsequent visit, herbal consult: $50
Telephone consultation (less than 5 minutes): No charge
Telephone consultation (more than 5 minutes): $30
Smoking cessation visits: $85

Missed visits or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full fee.
Payment is expected at time of the office visit and may be made in cash or by check. We do not accept credit cards.
